New Patients

We are a family dental practice and welcome new patients of all ages. Beginning when you call to book an appointment, you’ll be taken care of by our helpful and professional staff.  We love being a part of the Comox Valley and aim to offer the best service to you and your family. We are a spacious, charming clinic with a welcoming and comfortable waiting area, equipped with free Wi-Fi and an entertainment area for your children.

As a new patient of Arbor Dental Centre, your initial appointment will include a consultation and an oral examination with one of our dentists, We do request you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out a medical history form. Please bring a current list of all medications with you.

Insurance and Payment Options

We provide a variety of payment options including cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard and debit. We do also offer payment plans.

If you have insurance coverage, we do bill direct to most insurance companies for your convenience. Please be sure to bring your insurance information with you to your first appointment.
